Each division is self-sufficient with dedicated resources and assets in sales, marketing and distribution.

For managing sales operations, Medicine Shoppe has a Finance and operations director, under who is the senior manager operations, followed by manager operations, assistant managers and team leaders. At the store level there is a leading/managing pharmacist along with his team of, assistant pharmacist, attendant, helper and ophthalmologist.

In Marketing, there is a dedicated team comprising of a Marketing Manager, assistant manager and executives.

In Marketing, there is a dedicated team comprising of a Marketing Manager, assistant manager and executives.

The distribution team is responsible for supply chain management. There are teams dedicated to sourcing, planning and logistics.

 
     
  Central functions:  
 

Medicine Shoppe’s central functions are Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal & Secretarial.

The organization structure has evolved over the years and will continue to do so in future. As the Managing Director Mr. Viraj Gandhi often says ‘Change is the only constant’. The changes in future too will be as per the changing times and needs of managing the business challenges of a go-getter pharmacy retail chain.
