As a member of the Shoppe Selectä program we reward you with exciting gifts, which is an effort to thank you for your continuous patronage with us.

What is Shoppe Select ^TM?

It is a system driven smart card focused on building Customer Loyalty. This program is store specific, loyal members can accumulate and redeem gifts against their accrued points.

Shoppe Select™ Process :

Eligibility Criteria:

To enter this program the customer should be above 18 years of age and should be our registered customer.

A member / customer who accumulates 168 points is eligible for this program. Rs 12.5 is credited as 1 point, thus the scheme begins on purchase of goods worth Rs 2100 or more.

Or else

A customer can pay Rs 125/- and earn 10 points plus 40 Welcome Bonus Points worth Rs. 500/-

The various steps involved in the shop select are :-

For Enrolling members:

•	Once you become eligible for Shoppe Select™ program we take your data for our records.
•	A few days later you receive a personalized card, along with a welcome pack. Personalization involves adding the allocated points in the customer chip and embossing in on your card.
•	As you purchase goods in future, points keep accumulating on the card. One point is equivalent to Rs.12.50.

Acceptance of redemption requests:

•

You can redeem points for various gifts. There are different gifts at different slabs. The slabs are differentiated on the basis of points accumulated. If you wish to redeem points for a particular gift, you should fill the redemption form available at the shop mentioning the points you wish to redeem. This form along with the customer data is then sent to us.

Dispatch of gifts, Acknowledgements & Timelines:

•	On receipt of the redemption form gifts are dispatched to you within a period of 30 days. .
•	The points redeemed get automatically deducted from the total points accumulated by you.
•	To be able to load the points in the Shoppe select card, the customer must carry his card to the outlet.
•	In case of home delivery, the store member enters the bill amount into the system. The points are subsequently collected in the system.
